  • Raka’s relationship with cocktails began when working as a bartender on cruise ships for five years. Then he joined the Locavore team before the restaurant opened and his view of the craft took a major shift. He quickly fell in love with Locavore’s core concept of focusing on local components. Educating himself through reading and the internet, Raka has created an impressive collection of bitters and infusions, which give his cocktails a unique twist.
