  • The Papua-born chef took his ‘vacation’ seriously; he learned from the best, became the best, and came back to Indonesia to implement everything in his two groundbreaking restaurants in Bali called Teatro Gastroteque and BLANCO par Mandif. His name did not actually spread because of his cooking trip only. His appearances on TV shows; Master Chef Indonesia, Hell’s Kitchen Indonesia, and Top Chef Indonesia as a Guest Chef were also the momentum of his popularity apart of the invitation from few Michelin Star restaurants such as Eisvogel, Bierkenhof Hotel and “La Salle” Restaurant, and ScholsElmau Resort, Germany.
