• Was born into a family that had a history of selling local foods & cuisine in the neighborhood of Canggu, Kuta, Bali. Chef Made has worked over 16 years in the professional culinary field. He began in some of the best restaurants in Seminyak, while also gaining experience working on cruise ships abroad and hotels in Singapore. He has been with ISMAYA now for the past four years overseeing the Kitchenette and Pizza e Birra outlets at Beachwalk Mall. His philosophy and style is an approach that focuses on cooking with fresh & local products from the island. He stresses the importance of taste & consistency in his kitchen kingdom. If he wasn’t a chef he would be a tour concierge operator. He believes as a chef, you need to always be aware of what’s happening in your surroundings.
