  • When the opportunity came for him to set up his own restaurant in Singapore, he created Gattopardo, a restaurant dedicated to seafood – a celebrated speciality in his home region in Sicily. In 2016, he was honored with the “Chef’s Choice” Award at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence. In the same year, he was also inducted into the WSQ Mentor Chef Hall of Fame award, which recognizes Mentor Chefs whose contributions to the Study and Work Pedagogy have been significant, substantial and long standing.
