About The ChefRishi Naleendra, Executive Chef and Founder of Cheek by Jowl, is the first Sri Lankan to receive Michelin status. He started his career at Melbourne's Taxi Dining Room before becoming Chef de Partie at Tetsuya's in Sydney. Rishi then moved to the award-winning Yellow by Brent Savage, before opening his own space with his wife and restaurant manager Manuela Toniolo.
