Hans Christian spent a few years in the US through notable staging experience working alongside acclaimed chefs before landing on a full time job at Next Restaurant, Alinea Group, working under Chef Jenner Tomaska. In the summer 2016, He brought his expertise and passion in creative culinary back to his hometown of Jakarta, leading the kitchen team at View Restaurant by Fairmont Jakarta, aiming to elevate the culinary scene here in Indonesia.
The 28-year old Andrew Agustinus Lugiman only started bartending in 2014, but he knew right away that this is his passion. His working experience as a bartender includes Paulaner Brauhaus and Westin Jakarta's Henshin, before now leading the bar team at Fairmont Jakarta as the Head Bartender. Within the past two years only, he has gained a line-up of awards and achievements, including the Champion at PBA Mixologist Competition for Jakarta, Indonesia 2016 and Top 3 in the Marriot International Liquid Master Regional ASEAN 2018.
