  • After 10 years being involved in the hotel industry, hosting various dinner gathering at home, experimenting with various cooking skills, Sandra Djohan opened her own restaurant in 2005 called “Coquelicot le Bistro”. 4 years after opening the new restaurant, Sandra Djohan decided to pursue her passion of culinary by enrolling to Le Cordon Bleu Paris and went back home to implement her upgraded skills to open a new restaurant, EPILOGUE. Along the career, Sandra Djohan has a long impressive list of portfolio, ranging from being a restaurant owner, an F&B consultant, author, host in culinary TV Show such as Spice of Life, as well as judges in many cooking competitions. Sandra Djohan's next project will be to create an International Cooking School from which she aims to introduce the rich flavors of Indonesian cuisine globally.
