  • After finishing Culinary School in Switzerland, she worked for 10 years in different restaurants across Europe and Australia, including Attica, Mozaic Bali and Nobu Melbourne. Her areas of expertise include European, Australian, Japanese cuisine and pastry; and now she focuses on creating desserts and ice cream in Jakarta under name Dessert Lab & Cube Creamery. Having started in Jakarta 2 years ago as a pop up dessertbar, her establishment is now permanently at Lewis & Carroll Dessertbar in Senayan City.
