Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London, Saskyra Rosano started off her career in 2 AA Rosettes Acanthus Restaurant Oxford and went back to Indonesia as Sous Chef of Altitude Grill. Then she consulted a few restaurants in menu development. Now she focuses her time in DASA Catering for private dinings, and hosts in TV appearances.
