Ajit Gurung


Originally from Nepal, Ajit has been living in Hong Kong for the past 7 years where he started his bartending career in 2012. Started as a bar back in restaurants it was in Lily and Bloom where he fell in love with the cocktail industry and learned the classics. After almost 2 years working there he joined Stockton where he has been leading the team for the past 5 years.
