His most recent roles comprise of senior bar positions at Novikov Restaurant and Zuma, two of London’s biggest A-list haunts and Bar Lafayette in Australia. While specializing in spirits and cocktails, Mario’s skills are complemented by his extensive knowledge of wine and food – speaking volumes to his Italian heritage!
