A graduate from le Cordon Bleu Paris, Ray has spent time cooking in world’s best restaurant such as Noma (Copenhagen), Quay (Sydney), and L’atelier de Joel Robuchon (Paris). Since being back in his home country Indonesia, he focused his work towards learning traditional Indonesian recipes. Ray spent time traveling the archipelago to collect recipes and unusual ingredients to serve in his Indonesian restaurant FEAST located on Jl. Gunawarman, Senopati area. He also does regular podcast on youtube called ‘Ray Janson Radio’ that discuses Indonesia’s Food and Beverage scene through the eyes of the chefs, restauranteurs, and staffs.
